The Penniless Princess—God’s Little Girl is the heart-warming story based on the children’s book A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett. My kids loved the songs on the dvd such as “Best Friends Forever” and the featured song “No Matter What.”  In the movie, Sarah Drew goes from having it all to having nothing.   I liked the message about knowing your own true worth and trusting God, no matter what happens in life. I also received the 365 Day Starter Devos for Girls which I gave to my 8 year old.  Each morning she wakes up and reads and then we discuss it.  My favorite so far was Day 5 about sharing.  I think this book would make a great gift for any young child.
